Away

So Jason was away last week at a conference in Williamsburg, Virginia. As soon as I dropped him off at the airport I went to the grocery store and stocked up for the week on wine and popcorn. I bought good food(healthy stuff) to eat during the days so I could have popcorn (guilt free)for dinner, drink wine, and overdose on chick flicks.

His flight was cancelled on Saturday so I had to go back and pick him up at the airport around dinner time, he flew out early Sunday morning instead. The problem was all I had in the apartment was booze and popcorn, and when he asked me if I was really going to have popcorn for dinner I laughed and said of course not,(you know the truth) and that I just hadn't been to the store for dinner stuff yet.

While Jason was away I watched:
August Rush
27 Dresses
The Breakup
PS I love You
Music and Lyrics
Lie with Me
Enchanted
The Holiday
Dan in Real Life
Trapped
Chuck and Larry
Georgia Rule(horrible!)
Lars and the Real Girl
Baby Mama
Catch and Release
The Jane Austen Book Club

I had the time to watch these movies because I find I can no longer sleep alone. I saw the sunrise 3-4 times last week and I think I averaged 4-5 hours a night. I can sleep alone in the bed, like when when I go away with friends (sans husbands so we share a room), and for some reason with someone in the room I am fine. All alone in bed and the room is hard. So Jase came home and I can now sleep, plus he won't let me stay up all night reading or watching movies(which I can't resist when alone).

I was sure there would be a ton f perfect houses showing up while Jase was away, but there wasn't a single one! I am so ready to be in a house, with central air, the heat and humidity here kills me!

You are too funny. Wine & popcorn. Cute. You're soo bad girl!

What kind of popcorn do you eat? Plain? Flavored?

I saw most of those movies. I love chick flicks.

Baby Mama - you saw it in theaters? I didnt know it was on DVD yet?
